  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces through our customer service team.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
